Application for membership

When we are receiving new members their personal data are processed for purpose of memberhip administration. What this means in specific is for registration of payment receipts of membership fees and for contacting members by association's board of directors. If applicable, data are used for solicitation of donations to promote achieving own goals of association. Moreover, the eMail address is stored in a mailing list to reach all members via a collective address for eMails. The members theirselves can use this mailing list address to send messages to all other members without the knowledge of their own addresses. Personal data of members will not be shared with third parties or stored on servers located in third countries.

Right to information, data portability, correction and deletion

You have the right to free information on your stored personal data, their origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and, if necessary, a right to obtain a data export, to rectification, blocking or deletion of this data. Our web pages are sponsored by membership fees. Therefore we do not use analysis tools and third party tools. Also, no cookies are stored when loading our web pages.
